confirmation for items shipped within the United States.
A delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you
once your item(s) have been shipped.
5. Due to an increase in orders,
please allow 2-3 days for your order to ship. If you
need a rush order please contact us when ordering.
6. Unfortunately, we are
not currently set up for wholesaling. In the future
we will be offering hand-made charms and custom charms.

Each month someone on our mailing list will win a special
prize packet, filled with charms and fun surprises!
Everyone on the list is eligible, winners will be picked
at random on the 15th of each month. Winners are contacted
by email so please be sure to use your current email
address when signing up on the list.
8. Most of our items are new, and
some are vintage. The grading system is as follows:
| New: Brand new, never
used. Some new items will arrive in their original
packaging. |
| Excellent: Item looks
like new. |
| Great: A tiny bit of wear but
nothing that effects the look too much. |
| Good: Slight discoloring
or damage. Problems with items in good and fair
condition will be noted in listing. |
| Fair: Not in very good condition,
needs work. |
9. A lot of jewelry supplies are measured
in 'mm' because it gives a more exact measurement. A
good rule to follow is that 25mm equal an inch, so if
something is 47mm, it is close to 2 inches. Or if something
is 12mm, it is close to half an inch, etc.
